Baseball victorious with a 9-2 win over St. Thomas Moore School

Boys lacrosse fall to Vermont Academy

The boys lacrosse team hosted Vermont Academy Saturday and fell 14-1.

Noah Lane was the standout for Hoosac as he recorded 7 ground balls and made several nice advancing plays on the day.

Next up is Stratton Mountain School on Tuesday at home.

The tennis team went up against a very good Storm King team at Hudson on the Cornwall on Saturday. They managed just a lone win in defeat.

Baseball team puts together a couple of big innings to come away with a 10-4 victory

The baseball team hosted Storm King School on Saturday afternoon, pounding out 14 hits on the day. Big hitters were Adam Desgagnes (3 for 4), Dannick Breton (3 for 4), Mikael Vallerand (2 for 4), and Yan Bouchard (4 for 4).

The team got their feet wet today and although the score might not indicate it, the boys did a lot of things well. They look forward to getting back out there vs Storm King School on Saturday at home at 2:30.

The girls lacrosse team had a back and forth battle with Miss Hall's School that ended in a tie. Scorers for the Lady Owls were Miranda Du, Carolyn Santalesa, and Morgan McLenithan.

Home openers played on the sun drenched Hoosac Fields on Wednesday afternoon.

The boys lacrosse improved their record to 2-1 by beating Mt. Anthony 9-5 in a game that saw several players pick up goals and assists.

Next up for the boys will be St. Thomas Moore School next Wednesday, the 22nd.
